Being from Gujranwala I’ve analyzed that majority of the students even after graduating lack effective career planning… The Education system of our country is massively flawed, none of the Curriculums at any academic hierarchy focus primarily on the EQ ( Emotional Quotient) or Emotional Intelligence factor of the child. This results into a myriad number of students who each year fail to build an effective career or Unwillingly opt for a an academic career that they never liked… Hardly any of them know their true potentials even after doing a Masters Degree… This is because they are never fundamentally taught of critical thinking.. This consequently has ruined academic career of tons of students… While the education Curriculums are more focused on gaining good grades instead of effective learning, it has only built a crowd of uniform brains that share similar flawed perspectives about career planning and they lack any decision making skill, they just blindly emulate the populist culture without knowing it’ll benefit them or not…

From my childhood, I’ve aspired to become a teacher. Over the past 4 years the concept of Emotional Intelligence and Curiosity Quotient has really influenced my worldviews about Education and Learning. EQ based Learning increases your adaptability to various challenges. If a high school student is Emotionally intelligent he’ll tend to think positively like an entrepreneur as having a good IQ isn’t anymore enough. EQ is equally infact in certain cases more important. Self management is a lifelong learning attribute that a student can learn in his early life though EQ learning. One of the fundamentals attributes of EQ based Learning is to enabling an ability to tackle the mental health issues amongst teenage students… Thus a Emotional Intelligence Based Learning Institution is the need of hour at least for my hometown Gujranwala and hopefully in near future I’ll be able to successfully enable this project…
